IN-CRE-DI-BLE!
Dinamo have qualified in group stage after an unreal match! Few spectators in the tribunes, nice stadium, match without stake. A kind of relaxation on Thursday night for people of Liberec. This was the scenario which the hosts had in mind since they have seen broken fence and angry fans on the field from Bucharest . And, frankly speaking, no man healthy with his head wouldn't have thought different. Maybe neither coach Bonetti, who sent a reserve team on the field, sparing the starters for the derby against Steaua, from championship. The guests opened the score in 2th minute, when Andrei Cristea defeated the goalkeeper with a shot from the box, after a pass from Zicu. "So what?" would have said the Czechs. Three minutes later, the hosts had the chance to level the score, the ball being rejected in last moment by Dragoș Grigore. But what it followed looked like a science fiction film. Ianis Zicu had twice the chance to make Dinamo to dream before the break, first time he shot beside the post and second time the goalkeeper of Slovan was saved by the cross bar. After the break, Bonetti was inspired. Constested, ridiculed, always threatened with dismissal, the Italian judged perfectly: Marius Niculae in the place of Danciulescu, who played pretty weak. Two minutes after the break, Slovan could score, but the shot of Dockal from the box was rejected from post line by Adrian Cristea. The Czechs continued to be dangerous and tried to keep the ball in the half of Dinamo's field. But in 57th minute, Marius Niculae managed to score for 0-2, with a shot from the box. The dream of the guests began to take shape. The Czechs weren't able to gather, and their relaxation evening started to turn into a nightmare. The second goal made the Romanians to play more offensive and in 60th minute, the shot from 25 meters of the same Marius Niculae was rejected by Hauzr from under the bar. The actions of Dinamo continued at the post of Slovan, Adrian Cristea, Boștină and Zicu having the opportunity to send Dinamo in extra time. Slovan had a free kick in 79th minute, but Matache managed to reject into corner the header of Dockal. Dinamo were running as they never did in last two seasons of championship and in 82nd minute the dream has fulfilled. Zicu shot, Niculescu insisted heroically, the ball jumped from goalkeeper and Niculae threw desperate and pushed it into the net. In extra time Dinamo finished the fuel and were pushed in own box. The hosts finally started to play offensive, having many goal opportunities, but it was too late because reserve Matache was the hero of Dinamo, rejecting all the balls, even with his feet. The penalty shots came, but the emotions seemed to be extended up to the morning. Zicu missed, but Gecov shot over the post too, so after 5 penalty kicks the score was 4-4. All the players have scored and it was almost the turn of the goalkeepers to execute the penalty kicks, but Matache guessed the corner and rejected the shot of Liska, sending Dinamo in group stage of Europa League. The fans of Slovan couldn't believe it. They were looking at the scoreboard, then at the players of Dinamo who were happy. This isn't possible, they won the first leg with 3-0! They thought that is a bad dream and hoped to wake up soon. But this isn't a dream. This is FOOTBALL!
